Advanced artificial cultivation technology has enabled us to bring a fresh taste to your table. |
| Thanks to advances in biotechnology, Three-B's artificial cultivation system has made it possible for people throughout Japan to enjoy golden oyster mushrooms, the "phantom mushroom." A culture medium of sawdust from Hokkaido trees is put into a culture bottle and sterilized. The bottle is automatically seeded with golden oyster mushroom inocula in a germ-free room. We carefully nurture them by maintaining the proper air conditions. After harvesting the mushrooms, we divide them into small portions, pack them automatically, and ship them while they're still fresh. We recycle the culture media as compost or soil-improving material. |

In April 2005, Three-B and the Hokkaido Government jointly applied to register a strain of golden oyster mushroom - the first application for this mushroom in Japan.
